Brander Group: 2026 Phoenix Best Places to Work Finalist

Brander Group is proud to be named a finalist in the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work Awards, which recognize 90 Arizona organizations for building exceptional workplace cultures.

“We’ve always believed that if you invest in people, the results take care of themselves. Being named a finalist is a credit to our team, not to me. The people here show up every day, support each other, and deliver for clients around the world and this recognition tells us we’re building something special together.” – Alex Morris, Vice President of Sales, Brander Group

About the Phoenix Best Places to Work Program

Now in its 24th year, the Phoenix Best Places to Work program honors organizations across the city that stand out for employee engagement, workplace culture, benefits, professional opportunities and their ability to attract and retain talent.

This year’s 90 honorees were selected from 174 nominated businesses, corporations and nonprofits throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Brander Group joins other notable organizations, including Shamrock Foods, Arizona Diamondbacks, MicroAge, iT1 Source and Clayo.

The evaluation and employee survey process was independently administered by Quantum Workplace. Employees at participating organizations were invited to share feedback about their workplace experiences, which gives the awards an employee-driven perspective rather than relying solely on company submissions.

Final rankings and category winners will be announced at the 2026 Best Places to Work Awards on Thursday, December 10, at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event begins at 10 a.m. and includes a plated brunch. U.S. Bank is the presenting sponsor.

This year’s event has a sports theme, and participating organizations are encouraged to dress in sports-themed attire. A special spirit award will go to the company that best embraces the theme.

The Phoenix Business Journal will provide additional coverage of the winners and finalists in its December 11 print and digital edition, including a themed photo feature. Finalists are listed alphabetically within their company-size categories until the ceremony reveals the official rankings. See the full finalist list.
